Out along Dallas Highway and the growing neighborhoods toward Powder Springs and Acworth, West Cobb has expanded into what used to be woods and farmland. Homes on the edge of these developments back directly onto tree lines and open fields, which keeps them in constant contact with the wildlife that lives there. Newer construction does not mean sealed tight either: builder gaps along the roofline and around utility penetrations give animals a way in just like they do on older homes.
In West Cobb we see a wider mix than in the more built-up parts of the county: armadillos tearing up lawns and beds, snakes moving in from the adjacent woods and fields, and the usual squirrels and raccoons in attics. We cover all of West Cobb, including the newer subdivisions off Dallas Highway, and can typically reach you the same day. We remove the animal, deal with the damage, and seal the entry points.
What we handle here
How it works
- 1
Inspect
A full inspection of the attic, roofline, crawlspace, and exterior to find every entry point.
- 2
Remove
Humane removal of the animals using methods appropriate for the species and season.
- 3
Seal
Every entry point is sealed with exclusion-grade materials so wildlife can't get back in.
- 4
Clean
Contaminated insulation and droppings are cleaned up and the space is sanitized.
