The land around Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park is a large, permanent stretch of forest, and the neighborhoods surrounding it sit right against that habitat. Animals move out of the park and the wooded corridors into the adjacent subdivisions looking for food and shelter, and an attic makes an appealing substitute for a tree cavity or den. Kennesaw's blend of established homes and newer construction means we see everything from weathered older rooflines to builder gaps on recent builds.
Squirrels and raccoons lead the calls in Kennesaw, especially in the neighborhoods closest to the mountain, with bats and rats showing up in the older homes. We serve all of Kennesaw and can usually get out same day. Our work does not end at trapping: we seal every entry point so the next animal coming out of those woods cannot get in.
What we handle here
How it works
- 1
Inspect
A full inspection of the attic, roofline, crawlspace, and exterior to find every entry point.
- 2
Remove
Humane removal of the animals using methods appropriate for the species and season.
- 3
Seal
Every entry point is sealed with exclusion-grade materials so wildlife can't get back in.
- 4
Clean
Contaminated insulation and droppings are cleaned up and the space is sanitized.
